With its hectare of private space, the Seine on one side and 7,000 hectares of forest on the other, this place has everything to appeal to hiking and cycling enthusiasts. The forest borders the property and is accessible on foot in 5 minutes.

Connection to nature & disconnection from the rest: guaranteed!

Once you arrive, you will probably want to “be” rather than “do,” but for those who want to explore the region, there are many possibilities for day trips: the Abbey Route, the Thatched Cottage Route, Etretat (64 km), Honfleur (70 km), Deauville (72 km), and Rouen (50 km). - Le Havre: 65 km and numerous local markets and producers.

If the season or weather is not conducive to outdoor activities, the Kids Room—a large playroom/dormitory upstairs—will allow all families to enjoy several dedicated spaces without disturbing each other.

Games, books, toys, and an XXL TV are available to keep kids entertained from morning to night.

For those who can't completely disconnect, the house is also equipped with high speed internet and dedicated spaces in two of the

bedrooms so you can work remotely while the little ones play in the garden.
